...Strong Southerly Winds this Afternoon and Evening... Strong southerly winds of 40 to 45 mph will develop this afternoon and continue through this evening. These gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. These strong winds may also create areas of blowing dust and locally reduced visibilities in rural areas, particularly near any recently plowed fields.
